By placing an order with Press It Clean LLC you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. These conditions are subject to change and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of these changes prior to placing an order with Press It Clean LLC. If there are any concerns, Press It Clean LLC must be notified within 24 hours of the customer’s scheduled delivery date and time by either phone at 877-270-2909 or email: iinfo@pressitclean.com

Dry Cleaning/Alterations

All Dry Cleaning and Alteration orders must be placed in a (Red) Press It Clean Bag.

Our Dry Cleaning is Eco-Friendly!

The minimum Dry-Cleaning order is $30.00 plus a $5.95 processing fee per order. The current turn-around time for Dry Cleaning is 4 days and Alterations are 1 week.

If the customer has BOTH Laundry and Dry Cleaning/or Alterations they can either choose to get their Laundry and Dry Cleaning/Alteration delivered together or separately. If the customer chooses to have their Laundry and Dry Cleaning/Alteration delivered TOGETHER they will only be charged the 15-pound Laundry minimum with one $5.95 service fee. However, if the customer selects (Separate) deliveries, they will be charged a Laundry Minimum (15 lbs) and a Dry Cleaning/Alteration minimum ($30), and one service fee of $5.95 for Special dry-cleaning needs such as Leather, Fur, Silk, may have a longer turn around such as 1-2 week depending on the time of pickup. The customer will be contacted if the delivery day, time, or price of the item needs to be adjusted.

Press It Clean LLC reserves the right to refuse any liability for dry cleaning if washed with regular laundry. Press It Clean LLC cannot assume responsibility for the inherent weakness of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyl, etc. Responsibility also is disclaimed for buckles, belts, beads, buttons, sequins, etc. In laundering, we cannot guarantee against shrinkage, color loss, or damage to weak fabrics. The company’s liability for any lost article shall not exceed 5 times our charge for processing it.

Wash and Fold

All wash and fold orders must be placed in a (Blue) Press It Clean Bag. Our wash and fold orders have a minimum of 15 lbs and will be charged at a per-pound rate of $2.25, plus a service fee of $5.95 per order. After pickup, all laundry is weighed at our facility. The scales used to weigh the laundry are monitored for accuracy by the state. Press It Clean LLC will not honor any weight disputes.

Wash and Fold orders are washed in cold water and dried with medium heat unless “other” care instructions are provided. We do not honor any claims of shrinking, color fading, or color blending that can occur during normal cleaning procedures as a form of “damage.”

By placing laundry in the (Blue) Press It Clean Bag you are consenting that all laundry can be washed, dried, and folded using our regular cleaning procedures. Dry Cleaning and Alterations MUST be placed in separate (Red) bags. Press It Clean LLC is not responsible for damaged clothes due to customers using inappropriate bag colors (for example a customer placing dry cleaning in a BLUE bag instead of a RED bag).

Press It Clean LLC will accept no financial responsibility for any items left in the customer’s pockets such as cash, jewelry, credit cards, etc. Press It Clean LLC will also not take responsibility for any garments damaged by pens, markers, makeup, or any other items customers may have forgotten to remove from their pockets.

Press It Clean LLC will not cover any reimbursement over $200 total for any order or any individual item over $20. Press It Clean LLC is not responsible for any fire, theft, lost items, flood, or other occurrences out of the control of our facility.

Wash and fold orders can be cleaned and delivered as quickly as 24 hours.

Unattended Pickup/Drop Offs

To make our service more convenient, customers can choose between an attended or unattended pickup and drop off. Press It Clean LLC is not responsible for any items lost or stolen during unattended pickups or drop-offs.

During Unattended pickups/drop-offs, customers must provide detailed instructions as to where the clothes should be left and picked up, to avoid any unnecessary confusion.

Auto-Renewal

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel any auto-renewal previously selected. To stop auto-renewal the customer must unselect or call (877-270-2909) or email (info@pressitclean.com). Press It Clean will not reimburse customers who failed to cancel their auto-renewal option.

Refuse

Press It Clean LLC reserves the right to refuse any customer if a conflict should arise.

Weather

Due to the unpredictability of weather conditions, Press It Clean LLC reserves the right to make any pickup or delivery cancellations for the safety of our staff. Customers will be notified immediately of any changes to their delivery.

Tipping

Tips are always appreciated. Tips are accepted in cash by the drivers directly. Thanks!
